Sure, when visiting a site that has an RSS feed most browsers show an icon placed at the far right of the address bar (at the top of the browser, where you enter web addresses). If you click on that icon the site’s feed address will be passed to your preferred RSS newsreader such as Google Reader, Yahoo’s version etc, or your preferred application for handling RSS feeds. I use NewsFire for mac (free).
