I have Mac OSX 10.7.2 and Snapz Pro X 2.3.3. I can not record DVD video playback from within the QuickTime player. I was able to back in Mac OSX 10.6.8, but I can not anymore. According to your website, Snapz Pro X is compatible with 10.7, this is why I upgraded.
When I open Snapz Pro immediately I get checkerbox. The native screen shot in Mac OSX does not take a screen shot of video either. When I do a video recording in Snapz Pro X, I get checkerbox and correct audio in the .mov file.
Can you please fix this?
